School Start-Up Information and September 2017 Calendar

September 2017

Tuesday, September 5: all returning students attend from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.  Grade 8s and all other new students attend from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Here’s the shape of the day of Tuesday, September 5:
9:00 – 9:45 am: TA for all returning students
10:00 – 10:45 am: all-school assembly
10:45 am – 12:00 pm: TA for grade 8s and all other new students (lists will be posted)

10:45 am – 11:15: Grade 12 assembly – GRAD 2018 for LYFE!

12:00 pm: all students dismissed

Wednesday, September 6th to Friday, September 8th:
Students attend school all day (8:30 am – 2:40 pm) on an abbreviated block schedule (TA and blocks A – H each day this week). The schedule breakdown is:
TA: 8:30 – 9:00 am
Block A: 9:05 – 9:39
Block B: 9:44 – 10:19
Block C: 10:24 – 10:58
Block D: 11:03 – 11:37
Block E: 12:10 – 12:44
Block F: 12:49 – 1:23
Block G: 1:27 – 2:00
Block H: 2:04 – 2:38
