Each graduate will have two portrait session options to choose from:
Full Darby Photos Graduation Experience – $35
This is a private 15-minute session with one of our photographers. We capture a variety of portraits, from casual images to full cap-and-gown portraits. Darby Photos provides the regalia and any school-specific props.
Students will receive a gallery code to view their portraits and order any products they choose. We will also share an appropriate image with the school for the yearbook, graduation hallway composite, and diploma folder composite.
There is a small sitting fee for this session, which is fully credited back to the family with the purchase of any package from the gallery.
Yearbook Only Sitting – Complimentary (no opportunity for families to purchase the image)
This complimentary session is for students who require an image for the yearbook and school-wide composite products only. The image will be shared with the school’s yearbook provider and used for the graduation hallway and diploma folder composites.
No online gallery is created for a Yearbook Only sitting, and there is no opportunity for families to purchase the image.
How to Book Your Graduation Portrait Session

Read the instructions carefully and click the blue “Book Your Photo Session” button to continue.
Enter your student number, which can be found on your student ID card.
Once you enter your student number, you will have access to the booking portal, where you can select your preferred date and time.
If you choose the Full Darby Photos Graduation Experience, the $35 sitting fee will be charged at the time of booking. This fee will be credited toward your purchase when you place an order from your gallery.

Grad Cap and Gowns
The grad gowns are purchased from Herff Jones and will be issued to students after the grad breakfast and rehearsal. These are keeper gowns; they do not need to be returned. Grads will be measured for their gowns either in the main office or in Mr. Clutchey’s classroom (room 1132). If students will be wearing heels to the ceremony, the heel height needs to be factored into their measurements.
Grad gowns are designed to fit heights of:
- 4’8” – 5’4” (142 cm – 163 cm) up to 200 pounds (90 kg).
- 5’5” – 6’1” (165 cm -185 cm) up to 250 pounds (113 kg).
- 6’2 – 6’8” (187 cm – 203 cm) up to 300 pounds (136 kg).
If a student is heavier than these height guidelines, they need to indicate XL along with their height.
Students or parents should steam the gown prior to the ceremony, and attach the tassel to the cap.
