We have been working hard to adjust to the new Quarter system and build timetables to accommodate each student at WSS. This morning students should be able to see their timetables on MyClass. Please encourage your student(s) to review their schedule(s) to make sure there are no errors (missing a required core subject of Math, Science, English or Social Studies). While we are hoping that schedules will remain as posted this morning, please understand that inevitably there will be some changes as we continue to adjust and balance timetables over the next few days. This may particularly affect the Grade 9s; however, we are working hard to complete these last few changes before classes start next week!
Course change requests: If your student finds an error or has a concern about their timetable for the year, please use the following link to submit a course correction request: http://tinyurl.com/wsscoursechangeform . This is how we will navigate all course change requests this year. Upon submission, we will review and respond to student requests as soon as possible.
As students will observe when looking at the Master Timetable, there are very few options for course changes and elective choice given the parameters in place this year. Thank-you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate this unprecedented startup!
