Volunteer Driving:
If you wish to drive students for field trips or athletic events, you will need to provide the school with your Driver’s Abstract and complete a Volunteer Driver Application. Note that you need a minimum of $1,000,000 in Third Party Liability coverage.
How to Obtain your Driver’s Abstract
To obtain a copy of your Driver’s Abstract follow on of the steps below:
1. Phone Request – easiest and quickest way
Call 604-661-2800 between 8:00am and 5:00pm. You will be asked for your DL number and password, usually your mother’s maiden name. Have abstract emailed to wss_reception@sd42.ca.
2. Internet Request
ICBC link to request your driving record.
3. In Person
Attend ICBC Drivers Licensing Office located at 175 – 22470 Dewdney Trunk open from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

How to Volunteer:
If you wish to volunteer with Westview, you need to have a teacher sponsor or contact before filling out the form. Please speak with the person or department you would like to volunteer with and include their name on the form when submitting it to the office.
