Please be sure to fill out this form WITH your email request. Be sure to add any special instructions to this form NOT IN THE EMAIL.
What is required?
- Concise and direct email – (special instructions need to be included IN the form not in the email)
- 2 weeks notice prior to the event
- Catering Request form filled out and included in your request*
- Orders must be paid in full the day of pick up
*Email requests DO NOT guarantee your order! Please do not assume it’s been accepted because you sent your form in.
If your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice for your order. Please be sure to have payment ready upon pick up of your order.
