November Calendar for THSS

November 1: Grade 8 students move to their second rotation (scroll down for rotation order details)

November 1: The online sign-up for grad portraits opens www.mountainwest.ca. Grad portraits are taken at Thomas Haney between December 2 – 5

November 5: UBC Information Session: 9:00 am in room 2032. Grade
11 / 12 students are encouraged to attend

November 6: Take Your Child to Work Day (grade 9s). Note that all students going to work with a parent on this date must complete and hand in the required form, which is available from the office

November 6: Music Concert in the Rotunda at 7:00 pm – everyone is welcome

November 7: Remembrance Day assembly 11:00 am

November 8: Non-Instructional Day (no classes)

November 11: Remembrance Day (school is closed)

November 22: The University of Alberta Information Session: 1:00 pm in room 2032. Grade 11 / 12 students are encouraged to attend

November 25: Late start – TA starts at 9:30 (no Y block)

November 28 & 29: Coding Event for Careers 9
