Grad Deadlines

Hey Grads!

GRAD WRITE-UPS:

Your grad yearbook write-up needs to be submitted by January 31.

Submissions must be done through the cognito forms link, which you can find here.

If you are going to be including a baby photo with your grad write-up, it must be submitted at the SAME time.

PARENT TRIBUTES:

To honor a high school graduate, many parents write a tribute to be included in the yearbook. Parents who want to submit a baby photo and tribute should upload a high resolution 300 DPI baby / toddler photo along with a 50 word write-up to this link. The deadline to submit a baby photo and parent tribute is February 8, 2019. The cost is $30 and can be paid via cash or cheque (payable to THSS).

GRAD GOWNS:

All grads are measured for their grad gowns to ensure that they are the perfect length. The gown is theirs to keep after grad.  Mr. Clutchey measures and records each grad’s height – please refer to his schedule below. It takes roughly 30 seconds to get measured and all measurements must be collected by February 28th.

Mr. Clutchey is located in room 1121 (back corner of the Math Great Hall). His schedule is as follows:

Blocks available:

  • Monday 3rd
  • Tuesday 1st, 4th
  • Wednesday 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th
  • Thursday 3rd, 4th, 5th
  • Friday 1st, 3rd, 4th

PLEASE NOTE: Gowns are designed to fit heights of 4’8″-5’4″ up to 200 pounds (90kg), heights of 5’5″-6’1″ up to 250 pounds (113kg), and heights of 6’2″-6’8″ up to 300 pounds (136kg). If a student is heavier than these weight guidelines for a given height, they must indicate XL along with their height in the height column. If a student would like to order an XL or an XXL cap only, please indicate that as well
