Grad Permission Forms: Permission forms for Dry Grad/Dinner Dance/ are available in the office. Due May 23rd . Fill out separate one for guest.

Important Grad Info!!! Ministry of Education will be MAILING TRANSCRIPTS TO YOUR ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE. If you have moved and have not given us your new address you will not receive your transcript. Please see Mrs. Davis if you need changes made or want to double check the info we have.

Scholarships – If you have received a scholarship, please come to the school office and see Ms. Timperio with your letter of confirmation from the issuing institute, in order for us to recognize and congratulate you at the grad ceremony.

GRAD READER CARDS – If you have not completed your card please see Mrs. Timperio in the office right away.

The Random Acts of Kindness Club will be holding a special meeting during lunch this Friday (May 23rd) to prepare for Make BC Smile week! New members always welcome–we will need lots of help!

Grade 8 Intramural Badminton Tournament starts this Friday. Please be on the far side of the gym by 12:00.
Brian D, Thomas H, and Aidyn O you must be there to run the tournament.

Student Summer Event Coordinator Job Posting now on the Career Centre window.

Invasive Plant Removal Volunteers needed – Thursday, May 29, 9:15 am to noon. No experience necessary. Tools and gloves provided. Learn about environmental issues, build stewardship/habitat restoration skills, learn to work as a team, gain volunteer hours, have fun! Come to the Career Centre to sign up.

Grade 8 Badminton Intramurals starts Friday, May 23.

Pitt Meadows Flight School This Summer. Brochures are in the Career Centre.

Alexander Robinson Elementary Fun Fair needs volunteers May 30, 5 – 8 pm. Sign up in the Career Centre.

Spend a week in Ottawa touring with students from across Canada in the Encounters with Canada program! See Mrs. McGrath in the Career Centre before May 23, if you want to be 1 of 3 student names THSS can submit for next year.

Volunteers needed for Therapeutic Summer Programs – occupational and physiotherapy group is to promote skill development in school-aged special needs children, as well as provide an opportunity to expand social and sports skills. Career Centre has details.

Students going into grade 11 & 12 interested in Theatre or Music – want to get on-site experience with production at the Vancouver Opera next year? See Mr. Wiens to sign up.

Grade 11’s who want help preparing for scholarships please see Mrs. McGrath in the Career Centre.

Thursday/Friday – Squamish Camping – Leave here on Thursday at 7:00 a.m. and back Friday at 6:00 p.m.
