Grad Dinner/ Dance Table Sign-Up: table sign-up continues this week at lunch in room 2145 and will continue only during lunch hours. In order to sign up, you need to have completed the following: Grad Transitions finished, student and grad fees paid and dinner/ dance ticket purchased. You can only sign yourself up. Your ability to attend the dinner/ dance also rests on you being on the final grad list.

TA change forms for September 2017 are now available in the Career Centre. Forms are to be returned by May 26th to Mrs. Davis, Student Records.

Reminder to get your donations in for Terry Fox. We have raised over $2,000 so Connolly is our next victim – rollerblades for a week at $2500. At $3000 Frend will wax his chest and at $5000 Woloszczuk will get a THSS tattoo. This year we are trying to raise support for this very important cause by creating consequences for the teachers and a team building tough mudder known as tough thunder that will take place after the run. Don’t forget to get your team of six signed up at lunch for 20 dollars starting on Friday. All proceeds going The Terry Fox Foundation. We’re hoping each TA will raise $100.
Alouette River Management Society is looking for Summer Camp Leaders. May earn $50.00 if you volunteer 2 or more weeks. Interested in volunteering for 1 week or more? Come to the Career Centre.

Outdoor Pursuits Students – Our guest speakers from the Maple Ridge Search and Rescue will be here to present 4th blk this Thursday in the Suddaby Room. All Outdoor Pursuits students are expected to attend if possible. The presentation is also opening to any other students interested in joining Search and Rescue or wilderness safety in general.

The Test Centre will be closed Friday afternoon due to the Terry Fox event.
Camp Ignite is now accepting applications for this year’s camp. Camp Ignite is an exciting mentorship camp for young women. It is a camp that educates and inspires young women to follow their dreams and gives them an introduction to the world of firefighting. Please see Mrs. Sekhon in the Career Centre if interested.
Maple Ridge Community is looking for volunteers for events held in the community on June 10th.. Artsy students needed for a couple hours at the farmers market to face paint young children at their booth. If interested please contact Mrs. Sekhon in the Career Centre.

Grad Tickets: for the ceremony, dinner dance and dry grad will all be released the week of May 29th (into TA). (we will aim for Monday). The tickets will only be released if Mrs. Shamro has received the safe ride home form for dry grad.
Grads!! You must come sign up for your spot at a table for the dinner/ dance no later than Wed, May 25 at lunch in room 2145.
All grads and their guests MUST present their ticket at the door in order to gain entrance at the QE Theatre!
