IF YOU’RE IN GRADE 8:

Please note that Wednesday, May 27th is Grade 7 Day; there is no school for grade 8 students!

 

There will be an information meeting for students interested in learning more about taking Guided Inquiry as an online course next year. Come to room 1122 after school on May 27. The course instructor, Kristi Lauridsen, will be there to talk about the course and answer questions

 

Currently in grade 10 or 11 and interested in going to Costa Rica Spring Break 2016? Don’t forget to hand in your deposit to Mr. Williams or Ms. Fischer by Friday May 29th.

Yearbooks: if you haven’t already ordered a yearbook, it’s not too late. Bring your $50.00 to Mrs. Shamro in the office. Quantities are limited so don’t delay!

 

Grads: if you have received a scholarship or bursary, please come up to the school office and see Mrs. Gilbert with your letter of confirmation from the issuing institute. We want to recognize and congratulate you at the Grad Ceremony!

 

Grads!  If you are planning on participating in the Grad dinner/dance you will need to have your fees paid FIRST in order to sign up for a table!  We will do sign-ups for tables (10 per table) in Mme. Ryan’s room (2145) at lunch!!  Don’t miss out on your choice of table and location!

 

The Odeum Theatre Society and Theatre in the Country are co-producing a summer camp for youth from June 29th-July 18th. If you are interested in participating, go to www.theatreinthecountry.com or email Rayne Beveridge at raynebeveridge@hotmail.com. The cost is $350.00 (bursaries are available).

Spring into Summer Learning! Summer School will be held at Thomas Haney from July 3 – July 24. Please drop into the Counselling office to check out the courses available and registration deadlines.
