OUTDOOR PURSUIT/BIOLOGY 11 STUDENTS

Forms for our Fri. Nov. 15^th paddle trip down the Harrison River are due no later than Tue. Nov. 5^th.  Come see the salmon and eagles while paddling a spectacular river.  See Mr. Hussey or Mr. Williams for forms/info.

GRAD CLOTHING

All grad wear forms due November 6^th, get them into Mrs. Coghill!

SLAM POETRY WORKSHOP

Aspiring slam poets: If you are an Aboriginal student and are at all interested in Slam Poetry we have a tremendous opportunity for you.  Thirty secondary students will be selected to participate in a Slam Poetry Workshop starting in early December. There will be 8  two hour sessions taking place between December and April. The sessions will take place at MRSS in the Mt. Crescent Annex. The workshop leader is Zaccheus Jackson an award winning Slam Poet from Vancouver. An orientation day is planned for all potential participants on November 13^th.  If you are interested or have any other questions please contact   Corinna Miller in Room 2034.  Sign up this week spaces are limited!

The FSO will meet in room 1132 on THURSDAY at lunch!  (Right after the Remembrance Day assembly)
