Dear Grads, Parents, and Guardians:
We are now collecting a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for all students intending to participate in our graduation ceremony on May 30, 2023. This fee will also serve as the student’s application & intention to participate in the 2023 THSS Graduation Ceremony. This $50.00 deposit is due by Friday, December 16, 2022. To pay on the Parent Portal, follow this link: https://parents.sd42.ca/. If you prefer to pay via cash or cheque (made out to THSS), please bring that to the main office between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. We do not have a debit or credit card machine at the school.
Graduation, Banquet & Dry Grad Dates & Locations:
Ceremony
- The Graduation Ceremony is scheduled to take place at Queen Elizabeth Theatre (Vancouver) on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, at 7:00 pm. More information will be provided to families in early 2023. Grads will receive 8 additional tickets for family and friends.
Banquet & Dry Grad
- Our Graduation Banquet is scheduled to take place at Meadow Gardens Golf Course on Friday, June 9th, 2023, at 6:00 pm, which is followed by Dry Grad at THSS at 11:30 pm. These events are for students and approved guests only.
The remaining fees will be collected in March and will include:
- Ceremony Fee (balance remaining) – $100
- Banquet Fee – $90
- Dry Grad Fee – $60
