MODELS NEEDED! Ms. Messner is looking for female and male models for her art class for the next three weeks. You will have to arrive on time and stay for an entire block while the art students draw you. Your hour of hard work will be rewarded. See Ms. Messner for details.
Art 11 and 12 students: FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOPS start this week. Make it to at least one of the following and be on time! Wednesday 1st block, Thursday 4th block.
Thomas Haney will be hosting our first ever Maker Faire in the Rotunda, Wednesday February 26, the last two periods of the day. Everyone is invited to joins us. Bring yourself, or bring your friends. All are welcome. The event will have us working with others to imagine, create, build and play, as we make things from various bits of odds and ends; to re-imagine and re-purpose objects; to make something new from something old. No experience necessary. There will be snacks and prizes. If you have any questions, ask one of the many teachers participating.

GRAD GOWN SIGN UP – All grads must sign up for the correct grad gown size by March 14th. Please visit the counseling area to measure your correct height *taking note to add the height of the shoes that you will be wearing during the grad ceremony.
Planning to Transfer Schools? This Friday is the deadline for round 1 for school transfers. If you have filled out a transfer form and have changed your mind, you must let the office know of this change! If you transfer out you may not be able to get back in to Thomas Haney.
PE Student Aide for Next School Year
If you are currently in grade 10 or grade 11, and you are interested in being a PE Student Aide next year you need to write your name on the list that is posted on the board in the girls PE change room hallway. The list will be taken down on Friday, March 14. Space is limited in this course and you will be notified a few weeks after spring break if you are in the course.
