Student Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 5 during the following times:
- 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Conference booking is now open through the Parent Portal and will remain available until Tuesday, November 3 at 12:00 p.m.
Please note that each conference appointment is 5 minutes in length. If you are booking multiple conferences, we strongly recommend leaving at least one 5-minute block between appointments to allow sufficient time to move between teachers.
Student Conferences provide an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate successes, and identify goals for continued growth.
For our Grade 8 families, we encourage you to book appointments with your child’s core subject teachers, including Math, Science, English Language Arts, Social Studies, French or Spanish, and Physical & Health Education. These teachers work with students throughout the year and can provide the most comprehensive picture of your child’s learning and development. Please note that teachers in elective rotations work with students for only a three-week period before students move on to their next rotation. To ensure conference spaces are available for students enrolled in year-long classes, we ask that families prioritize booking with core subject teachers whenever possible.
