Dear Parents / Guardians:

E-Report cards are now available through your parent MyClass account at https://myedbc.sd42.ca/MyClass. (Login is at the top righthand corner of the page). Students have the option to pick up their paper report card on Thursday June 26th between 10AM-12PM and 1-3PM at the office.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into your MyClass account, please review the parent brochure for instructions or email the appropriate administrator with student name and describe problem:
Grade 8 + 10 Vice-Principal: Andrea Clayton

Grade 12 Principal: Ken Elphick

All students also have access to MyClass. Please review the student brochure for complete instructions.

The report cards will be on the landing page as a PDF under “published reports.” Once you access the report card, we recommend you print or save a copy for your records. Please note that this Final Report Card will only be available until July 31, 2025.

Grade 8 and 9 report cards have Standards Based reporting (EXT for extending, PRF for proficient, DEV for developing and EMG for emerging).
Grade 10-12 report cards have percentage marks.

Once report cards have been released, mark changes will not be reflected on the electronic report card, however they will be recorded in the student’s permanent record and transcript. On the Parent MyClass account Transcripts can be found by accessing the FAMILY tab on the top row and then TRANSCRIPT on the side tab. On the Student MyClass account Transcripts can be found by accessing the MY INFO tab on the top row and then TRANSCRIPT on the side tab. Please note that the Transcripts won’t be available until Thursday June 26th, 2025.

Please note, parent and student MyClass accounts will be disabled as of July 31, 2025, to allow for scheduling of next year’s courses. MyClass accounts will be abled on August 29, 2025 for students only. MyClass parent accounts will be enabled in September.
