On April 24th, we’re excited to introduce a new format for our student-led conferences. Both the afternoon and evening sessions will feature a mix of scheduled appointments and drop-in times.
You can now book a scheduled appointment via the Parent Portal from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm or from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. For families who prefer a more flexible option, drop-in conferences will be available from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Please note, we ask that you do not book appointments for grade 8 elective rotation classes, as these courses only run for a few weeks. The following are the elective rotation classes: Drama 8 (Mr. Driscoll), Art 8 (Mr. Pasqualatto), Leadership 8 (Ms. Cranna), Culinary 8 (Mr. Tillotson), Textiles 8 (Ms. Hindson), Digital Literacy 8 (Ms. Schafer), Wood 8 (Ms. Branden), Metal 8 (Mr. Faresin), Guitar 8 (Mr. Halfnights), Foods 8 (Ms. Rowell), Digital Media 8 (Mr. Clippingdale), and Outdoor Ed 8 (Mr. Penacerrada).
Instead, we encourage you to prioritize booking appointments for your child’s core, year-long classes.
