Ski & Snowboard @ Grouse Mountain

Does your child get hyped for Winter sports? Want to make sure their Winter season involves mountains and riding!

Skiers and Snowboarders are welcome to sign up for SRT’s legendary group.

This waiver is for 3 Grouse Mountain trips. 

Dates for Grouse Mountain are:

 

 

 

 

 

Important Info:

 

* Students must be able to safely ski or ride on the mountain in a controlled manner, have the ability to link turns and stop when required.

*Please talk to Ms. Adams prior to sign up if you have never skied or boarded before.

* There is a Whistler trip offered on January 13th that provides guides/instructors for first time snow enthusiasts.

 

* Students must ski in groups with other students as they will not be receiving instructors or guides while on the mountain. All 3 trips are self guided.

 

* Students must stay in bounds at all times and wear a helmet when riding. They must act in a mature, respectful and safe manner on the mountain.

 

* Cost is $65 per trip which includes:

– a chartered bus to and from Grouse Mnt.

– lift pass

– some food provided by SRT staff

 

Rentals are available for an additional $25 per trip.

Rental info will be required.

 

Parents and students should record the dates listed above to ensure they have the ability to attend, by booking time off sports and work.

 

Students are only guaranteed a placement once payment has been made.

Payment on portal is best, but student may also bring in cash or a cheque (made out to SRT).

 

Refund policy:

 

* Refunds will be provided for any trip(s) cancelled by the school or the mountain.

 

* Refunds will not be provided for last minute cancellations or no shows.
