…is happening already!  First tryout for the Senior (Gr. 11/12) Girls Volleyball team is Wednesday, September 4th @ 3:00 p.m.  Don’t forget your gym gear!

PMSS student schedules for the 2024/2025 school year are now live on MyClass.

Student MyClass log-in information will only be sent to individual @sd42.ca student email accounts.  If you have not yet signed up for your Student MyClass account, log on to the SD42 website – you will find the sign-up information, a brochure and a detailed video under the STUDENT Top Tab.

Students needing MyClass password help or info must email myclass@sd42.ca. Please do NOT call the school, as this is a centralized system district-wide.  Parent MyClass accounts will open later in September.

Paper copies of the student schedules will be distributed on Tuesday, September 3^rd from homeroom teachers. Homeroom teachers will be posted at the main entrance when students arrive at their designated time on the first day of school.  Arrival times are noted below by grade.  Students will be here for approximately one hour.  **Please note that staff will be in a meeting and unavailable until 9:45 a.m.

• Gr. 8 – 10:00 a.m.
• Gr. 9/10 – 11:00 a.m.
• Gr. 11/12 – noon
• NEW International Students only – 1:30 p.m. (go to room 1029)

Detailed information regarding Course Change Requests will be communicated at each Grade Assembly during the SECOND week of school. There will be NO course changes prior to the assemblies. We ask that students follow the schedule they receive on September 3rd.

As a reminder to our incoming Grade 8 families, we’re attaching a copy of the June letter detailing our Grade 8 Orientation Day on Thursday, August 29th.  Hope to see you there!

Dear PMSS Grads and Families:

We are now on ‘ROUND 3’ OF GRADUATION CEREMONY TICKET SALES.  There are a LIMITED amount of tickets still available so these tickets will be sold, first-come first-served, AT THE PMSS OFFICE, by cash or cheque (made payable to PMSS) while tickets last.

As a reminder, tickets are $10 per person (you do NOT need a ticket for the Graduate as they will be seated on the stage).  The FINAL DAY to purchase Round 3 tickets will be the end of the day on Wednesday, June 19th (if there are still tickets available).

Dear PMSS Grads and Families:

We are now on ‘ROUND 2’ OF TICKET SALES.  Based on the remaining availability after the first round, we can now offer up to three more Ceremony Tickets per Grad.

There will NOT be an extension to this 2^nd Round Sale – THE DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, JUNE 4TH.  You can purchase via credit card on the Parent Portal, OR by paying via cash or cheque in the school office.

This is just a reminder that your Grade 8 child will NOT have school on Wednesday, May 22nd as PMSS will be hosting approximately 200 Grade 7s from our feeder schools to be Grade 8s for the day.

** this “day off of school” is ONLY applicable to current Grade 8 students
