Dear PMSS Grade 12 Students and Parents/Guardians:
The PMSS Prom, Dry Grad and the Graduation Ceremony are coming upon us fast!
First and most importantly, all Grade 12 students were given a GRADUATION CHECKLIST that is due back at the office by Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the latest (as the sizing for the Caps and Gowns are due then to our supplier).
The PROM will be held at Swan-e-set on May 24, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person. DRY GRAD is being held at PMSS on the same evening commencing at 11:00 p.m. The cost for the Dry Grad is $80 per person. Payments for the Prom, Dry Grad and the Graduation ceremony must be made on the Parent Portal (or by cash/cheque at the school office) by April 24, 2024.
Students who would like to bring a guest must complete a GUEST APPLICATION FORM – all guests must be approved by Mr. Sharpe prior to paying the $100 prom guest fee and/or the $80 dry grad guest fee. Guest Forms are available at the school office. Once approved, then the cost of their guest must be paid via cash or cheque (made out to the school) at the office prior to the April 24, 2024 deadline. ** Please do NOT include any applicable Guest payment on the portal.
** The GRADUATION CEREMONY is being held at Pacific Academy in Surrey on June 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The cost of the CAP, GOWN AND TASSEL PACKAGE is $25 and is also due by the April 24, 2024 deadline.
- You will be able to purchase the $10 Tickets for the GRADUATION CEREMONY itself via the Parent Portal (this will be posted on the Parent Portal closer to the end of April). There will be a maximum of six tickets per graduate, if there are extra tickets available, there will be a separate portal message that will be sent out in regards as to how to purchase those tickets.
