Dear PMSS Grade 12 Students and Parents/Guardians:
If you have not yet paid for the Grad Festivities – the deadline to pay via credit card on the Parent Portal has been extended to Tuesday, April 30th. If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque, please have your Grad stop at the main office to pay by the Tuesday deadline. The cost breakdown is as follows:
- PROM (dinner/dance) – $100 per person.
- DRY GRAD – $80 per person.
- CAP & GOWN – $25 per person.
GUEST APPLICATION FORMS – are due at the office by the end of TODAY (Friday, April 26th).
- All guests must be approved by Mr. Sharpe priorto paying the $100 prom guest fee and/or the $80 dry grad guest fee.
- Once approved, your Grad will be advised by MS Teams and then the cost of their guest must be paid via cash or cheque (made out to the school) at the office by next Friday, May 3rd. ** Please do NOT include any applicable Guest payment on the portal.
Tickets for the GRADUATION/VALEDICTORY CEREMONY will be posted to the Parent Portal on Monday, April 29th. Tickets are $10/pp and each Grad can purchase a max of 6 tickets. If there are extra tickets available, there will be a separate portal message that will be sent out in regards as to how to purchase those tickets.
