Good morning PMSS Families:

There are three changes that have just been updated on the PMSS School Calendar (noted below):

• Term 2 Report Cards – will now be published on MyCLASS this Wednesday, March 12th @ 3:00 p.m.
• LAST REGULAR DAY of school for students – is now Friday, June 20, 2025
• “I” – Incomplete Day – is now Monday, June 23, 2025

All have been updated on the downloadable 2024-2025 PMSS Family Calendar at the top of the page under the CALENDAR top tab.

As noted on last night’s Parent Portal message – due to late notice and staffing shortages, the Pitt Stop cafeteria will be closed TODAY, Monday March 10th. Please plan accordingly for lunch for your student.

• IMPORTANT – If you are applying for scholarships, your SD42 Scholarship application packages are due to the Career Centre NO LATER than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 13^th.  You can see Ms. McArdle is in the Career Centre on either Tuesday or Thursday if you have any questions.

Due to a scheduling error, the 2025-2026 Course Selection will now take place NEXT week:  March 3, 4, 5 and 6, 2025.  Students will be called by Grade to the library for assistance with entering their selection online.  Be sure to bring your coloured grade-specific paper with you.

Attention Grade 11 Students and Families:  The Trades Application’s deadline has been extended to Monday, February 10^th. See Ms. McArdle in the Career Centre on any Tuesday or Thursday to start your application.

Attention Grade 12’s – mark your calendar to attend the SD42 Awards and District Authority Awards information session next Thursday, January 23 at FLEX in Miss Kim’s Room (1041). We will be going over the SD42 Awards booklet (that just came out online) and the application process.

The booklet can be found on the pmssgrads.wordpress.com website as well as on the SD42 website under students/scholarships. The deadline to submit SD42 Awards and District Authority Awards, with portfolios, to the Career Centre is Thursday, March 13 by 3:00 p.m.
