Dear PMSS Grads and Families:

We are now on ‘ROUND 2’ OF TICKET SALES.  Based on the remaining availability after the first round, we can now offer up to three more Ceremony Tickets per Grad.

There will NOT be an extension to this 2^nd Round Sale – THE DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, JUNE 4TH.  You can purchase via credit card on the Parent Portal, OR by paying via cash or cheque in the school office.

This is just a reminder that your Grade 8 child will NOT have school on Wednesday, May 22nd as PMSS will be hosting approximately 200 Grade 7s from our feeder schools to be Grade 8s for the day.

** this “day off of school” is ONLY applicable to current Grade 8 students

A couple IMPORTANT reminders for Grads and parents:

• Today is the last day to order up to six Graduation Ceremony Tickets ($10/per ticket – 6 tickets available per Grad) via the Parent Portal, OR via cash/cheque in the school office.  We will advise if there are extra tickets still available to purchase by early next week.
• The Paint Night Grad Fundraiser is happening TONIGHT for those that signed up – start time is 6:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room (the MPR).
• For those that ordered through the Grad Spring Flower Sale Fundraiser – pick-up is TODAY between 2:30 – 7:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room (the MPR)
• If you are attending Dry Grad and want to ride the mechanical bull, you must complete a Waiver Form.  Extra forms are available in the school office and are DUE BACK to the office by this Friday, May 17th.

A reminder that our Grads will be selling Gerbera Daisies, this Saturday & Sunday starting at 11:00 a.m. down by the food trucks on Bonson.  $10 a bunch – while quantities last.  Perfect gift for Mother’s Day.  Thank you for your support of our grads in their final fundraising push.

Unfortunately, the Grade 8 “Lock-In” event, originally scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, May 1st – has been cancelled due to low enrolment. Portal refunds will be issued in the coming days.

Dear PMSS Grade 12 Students and Parents/Guardians:

If you have not yet paid for the Grad Festivities – the deadline to pay via credit card on the Parent Portal has been extended to Tuesday, April 30th.  If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque, please have your Grad stop at the main office to pay by the Tuesday deadline. The cost breakdown is as follows:

• PROM (dinner/dance) – $100 per person.
• DRY GRAD – $80 per person.
• CAP & GOWN – $25 per person.

GUEST APPLICATION FORMS – are due at the office by the end of TODAY (Friday, April 26^th).

• All guests must be approved by Mr. Sharpe priorto paying the $100 prom guest fee and/or the $80 dry grad guest fee.
• Once approved, your Grad will be advised by MS Teams and then the cost of their guest must be paid via cash or cheque (made out to the school) at the office by next Friday, May 3rd.  ** Please do NOT include any applicable Guest payment on the portal.

Tickets for the GRADUATION/VALEDICTORY CEREMONY will be posted to the Parent Portal on Monday, April 29^th.  Tickets are $10/pp and each Grad can purchase a max of 6 tickets. If there are extra tickets available, there will be a separate portal message that will be sent out in regards as to how to purchase those tickets.

Come on out and support the arts and grad 2024 at PMSS on Thursday, May 2, 2024.  PMSS is hosting the 1^st Annual Arts Night with stage performances, film and animation showcase, music performances and visual art displays.
