There will be a MANDATORY Grad Dress Rehearsal on Thursday, June 19th at 1:30 pm for all Grads. 

Grads will meet in the courtyard before proceeding to the MPR (multipurpose room) where the students will be receiving their Caps & Gowns and prepaid Ceremony Tickets (if not picked up already). 

If you know in advance that you will NOT be able to attend this Rehearsal, please contact Teacher Organizer Mme Simard directly at diane_simard@sd42.ca

Also, the final round of Ceremony ticket sales are now live on the Parent Portal or they can be purchased in the PMSS office via cash, cheque, debit or credit. As we have now given everyone ample opportunity to purchase tickets in the first two rounds, this round is ‘open’ until sold out or June 17th (whichever is sooner).

Did you know…that we post the Daily Announcements on the PMSS website under the STUDENT top tab? They are read out over the P.A. system on a daily basis – these Announcements describe the ‘what’s happening’ around the school. Feel free to log on and check them out so you can see what’s happening too

On Wednesday, May 21, PMSS will welcome our incoming Grade 7’s for our annual Grade 7 to 8 Transition Day.  As such, our current Grade 8 students will have the day off.

Please be sure to keep your Gr.8 student home on Wednesday, as we cannot accommodate the numbers. Thank you.

The flower order is now finalized – please don’t forget to pick up your flowers this SATURDAY, May 10th from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the front of the school.

The Grad Ceremony ticket sale went out on the Parent Portal on Monday, May 5th.  This Round 1 of sales is open until Friday, May 16th.  Tickets can also be purchased in the PMSS office during office hours via cash, cheque, debit or credit.

If your son/daughter has invited a GUEST to Prom and/or Dry Grad – that Guest payment is due by the end of the day on Wednesday, May 7th.  Grads have been reminded but there are many Guests not paid for yet.
