Attention Grade 9 Science Students:  Today is the last day for the LG 8 Microscope Lab.  Be sure that you view the stages of the cell cycle on the microscope.

WHODUNIT? Don’t miss the opportunity to see a murder mystery in action! Tickets for THSS’s production of The Mousetrap are on sale daily at lunch. Show dates are Jan. 28 – 30th at 7:00 pm with a matinée performance on Wednesday, January 28th. Tickets are only $6 for students and seniors, and $8 for adults, so make sure you get your tickets early before they sell out!

GRAD FEES are available to be paid on the parent portal.

Cap & Gown $50.00, Dinner / Dance $60.00 per ticket (you can purchase 2 if you are bringing a guest), Dry Grad $30.00 per ticket (you can purchase 2 if you are bringing a guest). Parents will be welcome to attend early at Meadow Gardens for photos, but the Dinner / Dance is for students and one guest only (not parents).

POST-SECONDARY INFORMATION:

McGill University’s application deadline for Canadian high school students is February 1.

Capilano’s School of Performing Arts application deadline is February 2. For any questions regarding these programs please contact Capilano at svpa@capilano.ca.

SCHOLARSHIPS & BURSARIES:

Scholarship Information Presentations: This will include the SD42 Awards, Dogwood Awards, Art Council Awards and Student Loans etc. Students wanting to apply for the District Scholarships should attend ONE of the three sessions:

• Wednesday, January 21 Lunch time (Room 1070)
