Attention Mme Preddy’s French 10 students: if you have a class on Thursdays (B), for this week only, you will need to come and see her early this week to collect your resources and receive your first assignment
PE STUDENT AIDE INFO: If you signed up for the PE Student Aide course and accepted last June, you ARE in the course, even though it did not show up on the time table you received yesterday. If you have forgotten whether or not you are in the course, there is a list posted on the board next to the intramural board. You will be required to attend two seminars. You will need to attend one called Seminar A and one called Seminar B. Due to set classes there will be a few of the Seminar As to accommodate everyone’s different schedules. Check the planner for the times of the blocks.
Seminar A – You will need a pencil and your time table (only attend one of Seminar A)
1) Wednesday, in the small gym during block D
2) Wednesday, meet in the rotunda, area closest to the small gym in block F
3) Friday, in the small gym during block D
Seminar B
Will happen during Y-block in the main gym, everyone must attend on Monday, September 14.
PE Lockers: if you would like to purchase a PE locker for $10 for the year, please get your money to Clayton or Coghill ASAP. They are already half sold out!!!

All students interested in Peer Mentoring are invited to a meeting on Tuesday from 8:45 – 9:45 am in the Suddaby Room. Students interested in IDS Dance please meet in the Suddaby Room from 9:45 – 10:45 am on Tuesday
School Photos 2015 will take place in the morning this Wednesday, September 16th: this session will be “Proof for Preview” which means students will not need prepay envelopes. Photos will be taken and 2 weeks later proofs will come to the school for students to bring home to parents, who will have the chance to view the photo before ordering. The preview photo can be seen and ordered online as well from the mountainwest.ca website 2 weeks after photo day. The GO CARDs will be produced as usual.
RETAKE PHOTO DAY – Wednesday, October 14: Prepay order envelopes will be available at the school office for those students that missed first photo day or are in need of a retake photo. Go cards for the new students of those who missed photo day will be taken without payment required. Photo proofs will not be available from RETAKE Photos.

SCHOLARSHIPS:
Basilicata Cultural Society of Canada Scholarship – 2 at $2,000 Criteria: The applicant or a family member must originally be from Basilicata.
