Planner Correction: The dates for next week and the week after are incorrect. On page 104 Monday should read April 11th, Tuesday the 12th and so on. On page 106, Monday should be the 18th, Tuesday the 19th etc.
The Annual THSS Poetry Slam will take place the afternoon of Friday, April 29. We are also looking forward to hosting the district poetry slam in May
THSS Book Club

Attention Grads:
Please ensure that you’ve paid your grad fees! And unless you want to be photographed in an ill-fitting grad gown, come to the office so we can get your measurements!
Grad rings are on display today at lunch in the rotunda.
Please remember that your Grad Trans is due Friday, April 29th! Don’t leave it until the last day.
There will be a grad dinner/dance meeting Tuesday, April 12th at lunch in room 2146. We will be voting on the gift to the grads and putting together some of the decorations. All grads are welcome!
Secondary Online Summer Learning 2016
Offers online learning and full course credit and runs from May to July. Courses must be completed between May 4 and July 26. Note that students still need to enroll in 8 courses next year

Runs from July 5 – 26 (8:00 am – 1:30 pm) here at THSS.

Grade 10 – 12 students considering careers in physiotherapy, rec therapy, health care or supporting people with special needs – there is an opportunity to volunteer at a Therapeutic Summer Camp directly alongside therapists. Come to the Career Centre for an information sheet.
Grade 12’s – Applications for the Dogwood Award presentations are now available in the Career Centre. Deadline to apply is April 8. Students who are eligible to present will be notified via their TA by April 15. Presentations days will be April 20/21.
