You will be able to check attendance, marks and receive report cards. Year-end report cards will be sent electronically via MyClass this June. Schedules will be available for viewing in MyClass in September 2017. It is important that you create a MyClass account to view these documents.
What is MyClass?
MyClass is a gateway to the new provincial Student Information System that will enable parents/guardians to connect directly with their child’s teachers. This gateway is a separate system from the school district Parent Portal. School District 42 will continue to use the Parent Portal for field trip notices, policy permissions, school & class announcements, school newsletters, kindergarten and grade 8 registration, absence reporting, etc.
You will require a separate login for the MyClass gateway. If you have not set up an account already, you will be receiving an email with login information and a temporary password.
