- The Grad Class of 2024 has teamed up with Growing Smiles and DeVry Nurseries to bring you a Spring Flower Sale.
- The order deadline is Monday, April 29.
- Pick-up will be Tuesday, May 14th, between 2:30 – 7:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room (the MPR)

- GRAD CEREMONY WRITE-UP (announced when you are crossing the stage): If you are NOT currently taking English 12, please see Ms. Ward or Ms. Thomson at Flex on either Monday April 22nd or Tuesday April 23rd in order to write and submit your Grad Ceremony Write-Up for when you cross the stage. If you do not attend on one of these days, Ms. Ward will write your ceremony write up for you. Students currently taking English 12 here at the school, you will complete this with your English teacher. Cross-enrolled/Trades Students – see an email sent out via MyEDBC to both your student email address and your parents email address with information regarding submitting YOUR Ceremony Write-up.

- The cost for GRAD BABY PICS & PARENT DEDICATIONS is $26. Payment can be made on the Parent Portal, or by cash/cheque made payable to Pitt Meadows Secondary School at the office. ** All submissions MUST be made online. The yearbook team will NOT accept any paper photos and paper submissions.

If you have any questions, please email Mr. Chu at bruno_chu@sd42.ca - The PMSS Prom, Dry Grad and the Graduation Ceremony are coming upon us fast!First and most importantly, all Grade 12 students were given a GRADUATION CHECKLIST that is due back at the office by Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the latest (as the sizing for the Caps and Gowns are due then to our supplier).The PROM will be held at Swan-e-set on May 24, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person. DRY GRAD is being held at PMSS on the same evening commencing at 11:00 p.m. The cost for the Dry Grad is $80 per person. Payments for the Prom, Dry Grad and the Graduation ceremony must be made on the Parent Portal (or by cash/cheque at the school office) by April 24, 2024.
Students who would like to bring a guest must complete a GUEST APPLICATION FORM – all guests must be approved by Mr. Sharpe prior to paying the $100 prom guest fee and/or the $80 dry grad guest fee – this form is due to the office by Friday, April 26th. Guest Forms are available at the school office. Once approved, then the cost of their guest must be paid via cash or cheque (made out to the school) at the office. ** Please do NOT include any applicable Guest payment on the portal.
** The GRADUATION CEREMONY is being held at Pacific Academy in Surrey on June 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The cost of the CAP, GOWN AND TASSEL PACKAGE is $25 and is also due by the April 24, 2024 deadline.
- You will be able to purchase the $10 Tickets for theGRADUATION CEREMONY itself via the Parent Portal (this will be posted on the Parent Portal on Monday, April 29th). There will be a maximum of six tickets per graduate, if there are extra tickets available, there will be a separate portal message that will be sent out in regards as to how to purchase those tickets.
