GSS Dry Grad Committee Fundraisers

Our goal is to raise $20,000 to $25,000 for food, games and prizes for the students on their dry grad night on June 4, 2027.

We have some usual fundraisers that tend to work for us:

Gift card sales, Mitchell’s soup, Paint Nights, Bingo, concession sales at events, craft fairs, bottle drives and car washes among others.

We already have a date (December 10) for the Canucks 50/50 draw.  We have more than enough parents signed up for that already.  We also have an offer for photos with Llamas as well as other events.

We have a letter to hand out to businesses to ask for donations as well.

On Monday, there was a dry grad meeting for students at lunch.  Many students attended and gave us a lot of ideas for gifts/prizes and a couple of students offered to help plan a craft fair for some time in the spring.  The students are aware that at any time they (or their parents) attend a meeting or volunteer, they have more chances to win the volunteer prizes at dry grad.
