Dear Garibaldi Graduates,
We are pleased to announce that the booking link for the upcoming Grad Portrait retake session on January 15, 2026 is now live. You can now go online and reserve your spot.
Please review the information below to ensure you book the correct “type” of session for your needs.
If you ONLY require a New or Updated Yearbook Headshot:
- Book a Yearbook Only (Single Photo Only) This option is for students who simply need to take or redo their yearbook photo and do not require a full portrait session. This is complimentary.
If you ALREADY HAD A FULL SESSION and want to redo specific pose(s) for your gallery:
- Please log in to your gallery and complete a complimentary Retake Request before booking. This form allows you to provide detailed instructions on the poses or images you want to redo along with feedback on what you would like different this time around. The more detail you provide, the more focused and effective your retake session will be.
- Retake requests via the gallery are due Dec 31st at midnight.
- After your Retake Request has been submitted, you will receive an email from us with a Passkey that removes the cost of the session. Retake sessions are complementary and do not require a payment.
If you need to upgrade from a previous yearbook only session or did not have a portrait sitting yet, and want more than just the yearbook photo:
- Book a Full Portrait Sitting (Includes Yearbook). This option requires the standard $35 sitting fee deposit.
- If your yearbook photo was already completed previously and you do not want it updated, please notify your photographer at the start of your session.
