Grads, its wise to have a picture taken too so you get your student card

📸 Main Portrait Day: September 29 

All students will be photographed in the morning. Each student will be left with a Camera Card to bring home with them that will include their online access details for ordering Printed or Digital portraits.

Less than a week after photo day, Darby Photos will deliver:

• A proof sheet of each student’s portraits.
• A custom Student ID card.

The proof will include an access code for families to view images online and order printed or digital copies. Each student will also receive a Digital ID Card, available for free download through the gallery and compatible with digital wallets for convenience.

🔄 Retake Day: October 14 
Darby Photos’ retake process ensures that every student who needs a new portrait has the opportunity. The return “proof” process from main photo day is repeated with retakes

Reasons for Retakes:

• The student was absent on the main photo day.
• The student attended but would like a retake (family preference – any reason is valid).

Retake Requests:

• Absent on main photo day→ Students will automatically be scheduled for retakes. No parent/student action required.
• Requesting a retake→ Parents/guardians/student must submit a request through the online gallery by the deadline listed on the proof sheet. Instructions for accessing the gallery and submitting requests will be included with the proof.

Please note: students who attend the retake session will forfeit access to their original main photo images. The retake will replace the original for the ordering galleries, yearbook, MYBC and all office image products. This is why we wish to have parents make the request, rather than students attending retakes on a whim.
