Public health nurses will be back at our school again on Monday, September 10, starting at 8:30 am so that anyone who requires the Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccine has an opportunity to get immunized. Students receiving the vaccine on Monday will need to bring in with them the filled-in MMR Immunization Consent form.

Fraser Health will be offering a drop-in measles vaccination clinic Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Maple Ridge Health Unit from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, and from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
