Fraser Health contacted our school today to inform us that one of our students has been diagnosed with a medically confirmed case of measles. Fraser Health will be holding a vaccination clinic at our school tomorrow from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Attached to this message you will find the following:
- A letter from Fraser Health providing you with additional information about this clinic and about the vaccine
- A Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Immunization consent form that your child will need to bring with them tomorrow if they haven’t already had 2 doses of MMR vaccine
