This form in the link below is to let the counsellors know that you would like to see them. They will do their best to schedule you in within the week. If this is a crisis/emergency during the school day please go to the front office and they will find your counsellor. *Please note this form will only be checked twice a day on school days at 8:30am and 2:40 pm.*
