Congratulations to our Field Hockey team who placed 2nd in the Fraser North Championships, earning a place at the provincials!!! All Girls Basketball team rosters are posted in the PE hallway on the Athletics board – see if you made the cut. Meeting after school today are the Arts Club in room 1233 and the Strategic Games Club. Grade 9 students participating in the Take Your Kid to Work Day next week are reminded to bring in your permission forms – hand them in in the office. As the clocks go back this weekend, we are reminded that it can affect our sleep patterns and can cause drowsiness so please be extra careful as you’re out and about this weekend. ADVANCE NOTICE: On Tuesday, November 4 the University of Calgary will be visiting at Tutorial in the Careers Centre for interested Grade 10, 11 & 12 students. And, wrestling begins next week with practices on Monday and Friday from 3:00-4:30 for new wrestlers (no experience necessary-we train you) of all grades.
