Happening Today – June 5

The answer to yesterday’s PRIDE question, “What year did the first Vancouver Pride Parade take place?” is 1978. Today’s question is, “The word lesbian derives it’s meaning from the name Lesbos, an island located in which country?”.  Grade 10 students who want some information about the Literacy Assessment next week and want a chance to practice, are invited to Portable 2 today at Tutorial. Meeting at lunch today is CIYA and boys who will be in Grades 10-12 next year are asked to come to a meeting today at Tutorial in room 1043.
