The Spoken Word Society is beginning to organize it’s first event and are looking for new members. Meet at lunch today in the library and find out all about it. Are you artistic? Do you like to read? If so, you should enter the library’s bookmark competition. Come to the library to view all the categories and submit your artwork by October 18 to the library. Also meeting at lunch today: Outdoor Club in MC1040, Slam in 2001, and Chess Club in MC1036. Fly Fishers are meeting after school in room 2108 – new members welcome. After lunch today there are residential school presentations in the library. Orange Shirt day is happening tomorrow to honour the children who survived the residential school system and to remember those who never made it home.
