Due to the volume of change requests, School Counsellors will not be able to process change requests over the phone. School Counsellors will respond by email OR by phone to confirm your course change if it is possible.
You are required to follow your current timetable until you have been contacted by your grade level School Counsellor and your timetable change is confirmed. If you do not hear back, your timetable change is not currently possible and is waitlisted.
(NOT all change requests will be possible due to COVID Co-Hort restrictions, class size limits or course conflicts.)
