Student Verification Forms Coming Home Tomorrow (October 9th)

Student Verification forms will be distributed to students Friday, October 9th during their A Block classes.
If a student does not have a class during A Block, their form will be at the office for pick up.

Please review the information on the form and return with any changes, making sure to sign the end of the form.
