Ridge Lacrosse Battle for Gold!

It’s now four wins in a row for our Senior Lacrosse team! They won their 4th provincial game vs. Nanaimo Secondary 8-3 yesterday with AJ Steinmann playing an impressive game, while Noah Bradley scored an amazing 5 goals, winning game MVP!  MRSS is officially in 1st place in their pool. Today the fun begins with crossover games, battling for GOLD. These boys are on a roll!  Keep it up Ridge!
And, our Junior Boys Lacrosse team has moved into the consolation bracket of the Provincials after playing a solid game against the Royal Bay Academy team. Brayden Grant was strong in net making some huge saves. Jack Olson played well on attack and set up a number of great scoring opportunities. Special mention goes to our long poles Quintin Steinman, Rees Daily, Jamie Thomson and Parker M’Lot for working so hard on defence against such large human beings!  MVP of the game went to Jake Young.  The boys play today at 11:45 and 2:45 at Town Centre to finish off the season.
