Today is the first day of Mental Health and Wellness Week at MRSS! Grade 11s, today is your day, so you are invited to go to 1 of 5 activity stations at flex. You can do: Just Dance in the Main Gym, origami pot and planting a wildflower at the Main Entrance, sleep, hot tea and relaxation in the Drama Room, friendship bracelets, button making and sensory activities in the Library, Ping Pong and other games in the cafeteria and Omnikon Ball has been moved from the courtyard to the main gym. Each station has limited spots available, so be sure to head on down quickly once flex starts. There are goodies, prizes and more included at every station! And there’s more! we also have a weeklong scavenger hunt called Search for Peace going on for the chance to win a grand prize! All participants get a small prize – check out info at main entrance.
