Congratulations to Ridge Cheerleading who came home from the first BC Provincial Championships with not only two zero deduction runs, a first place, and scholastic grand champion title (meaning the highest score of all the school teams), but also were awarded the coveted Full Paid World’s bid. The bid allows them to compete against the best of the best at the International Cheerleading Union’s World School Cheerleading Championships in Florida next February. MRSS Cheer would like to extend a huge thank you to all our parents and fans for their support, with an extra shout out to MRSS Girls Rugby who, between their games, came to cheer on the Cheer team.
