Furious Burgi has achieved immortality last block yesterday when Ferrous took on and defeated the 300 club challenge. With four seconds to spare he finished the last of his 50 chin ups and became the only strength training student to grasp the golden ring this year. On the women’s side – Jordyn Ruppel finished the furthest completing half of the 300 rep challenge. Way to go Ferrous and Jordyn!
