Junior Boys Basketball Take Tournament by Storm

Congratulations to the Junior Boys Basketball team who had 2 fabulous days at the Brookswood Basketball tournament. After dropping their opening game to host Brookswood, the boys faced one of the province’s top ranked teams, Abbotsford Secondary School. Down 23-12 after the first quarter and 32-19 at the half, the boys outscored Abbotsford 23-5 in the third quarter to take a commanding 47-33 lead. The final score was 62-45 for the Ramblers. Sam Lewis paced the team with 12 points and 22 rebounds while Chance Miller added 14 points, Will Cranna added 9 and Player of the Game Luchas James also added 9 huge points.

The boys then defeated Panorama Ridge in their final game. Gabe Headley paced the team early, scoring 7 points in the first 4 minutes. Player of the Game, Will Cranna, dropped 19 points including four 3 pointers. Congratulations Team!!!
