Today is International Women’s Day and the theme this year is to #ChoosetheChallenge. We can all choose to speak out and challenge gender bias and inequity. We can also celebrate women’s achievements. We are in control of our thoughts and feelings, and so we must challenge ourselves everyday to use our privilege to speak and uplift all voices. When we honour each other and respect each other for who we are, we then create an inclusive community.
