Congratulations to the Grade 8/9 Boys Soccer team who dominated play in their semi-final game beating Thomas Haney 6-0. The team play Monday for all the glory. Meeting at lunch today: Grade 9 & 10 Junior Badminton players in room 1030 for a short meeting at the beginning of lunch; Physics Olympics members meet in room 2103; Gr. 8 Girls Volleyball in Mr. McKimmon’s room 1027 at the beginning of the lunch break; and Battle of the Books in the library. Scorekeepers for Basketball season are sought – no experience necessary – all training provided. Earn some money and watch some great basketball – see Mr. Page in the counselling centre for all the info. Tomorrow at lunch the University of Alberta will have a representative here to meet with students at lunch in the Career Centre. There will be a quick meeting for Cross Country members after school tomorrow for a team photo – meet in the caf.
