Congratulations to Japhet Oyewale who won the Gr. 11 MRSS Powerlifting Competition. In the Gr. 12 division Adrian Truong won handily over 2nd place Raiden Thibodeau. A poster boy for the strength class, Adrian increased his squat by 150 lbs., bench by 70lbs. and a whopping 90 lbs. in his 315 lb. deadlift during his 3 year stint with the strength class. Wow!
