Happening Today – January 28

There is an information meeting today at lunch in the small gym for grade 8 girls interested in playing Basketball. Grade 12 students are reminded to get their yearbook quotes in to mrssyq@gmail.com by the end of next week. Quotes should be 55 – 300 characters long and be submitted with your first and last name. Model United Nations meet today at lunch and Garden Works and Robotics after school. Battle of the Books is looking for groups of 2 students to take part in this fun competition in May. Sign up in the library and pick up one of the 6 book pics and get started. Everyone is welcome to join! Advance notice that next week Chef will be running FoodSafe presentations in the caf for his new culinary students. The cafeteria will not be available to classes from Thursday, Feb. 4 – Wednesday, Feb. 10.
