Cheer Team Win Sea to Sky International Cheer Championship!

The MRSS Cheer Team won the “Sea to Sky International Championships” yesterday in spectacular fashion! This is a huge win for them, as they have tried to win this championship for the past 5 years! This was also the last Cheerleading competition for the team for this year. Four of them are graduating this year, so it was their last ever high school Cheerleading competition. As you can imagine, it was a really emotional event for them, especially since two of their coaches are retiring and it was Mrs Cooley’s last time as a sponsor teacher! The team will be ]wearing their white Championship sweaters that they earned because of their win. Congratulations!!!!
