It’s Wellness week at MRSS and we’d like to extend a HUGE thank you to Ms. Trudeau and her team of students for bringing Wellness Week to MRSS and reminding us how important it is to take care of our mental wellness. They have devoted a tremendous amount of time and passion to pulling together a week-long event that is intended to benefit every member of our school community. As we approach one year of pandemic it is an appropriate week to step back and focus on mental health and how we can do small things to help us feel a sense of calm and wellbeing. The team has created simple activities for you to complete every day as well as info cards to match the theme for the day. They hope you enjoy the activities and that you wear your MRSS Wellness Week bracelet with pride and that the wellness kit is useful to you. Today’s theme is Manifest Monday – what does that mean to you? Think about gratitude… We all have so much in our lives to be grateful for. Tomorrow’s theme is “Declutter your backpack, declutter your mind”
