We will be holding Student Conferences virtually this year on Wednesday, October 20. As we will not be doing face to face conferences, we would like to share the guidelines for this year’s virtual conference:
Wednesday, October 21 from 8:30am to 2:40pm (*Note some teachers may have differing schedules to accommodate parent requests).
25 Interviews per teacher: (10 minute interviews)
Teachers may be using the following ways to conduct these interviews: Zoom (Online Video Conference); Microsoft Teams (Online Conferencing); or by Phone Call (teleconferencing).
After you have completed registration for your student through the parent portal, please email the teacher with your updated contact information (Phone number/Email address) so they can send information pertaining to your scheduled meeting to the right place.
If you are unable to schedule an appointment, please reach out to the teachers of your student(s) to get some information about your child’s current learning progress sometime throughout the semester. You can find their email addresses at: https://secondary.sd42.ca/mrss/contact-us-2/
